Lancaster Farm Sanctuary 2021 Gala

The Gala is Lancaster Farm Sanctuary’s biggest event of the year. The event began as an annual affair in 2019, but due to COVID-19, it was cancelled in 2020. This year, it came back for a second time! All proceeds from the night went towards future animal rescues and care for the current animal residents of Lancaster Farm Sanctuary.
To allow for a safe experience for guests, the event was held outdoors with a picnic-style dinner and an open bar. Live jazz music kept the crowd entertained in addition to the beautiful and friendly animals.
A delicious, all-vegan dinner including dessert was catered by The Scarlet Runner, the barn was filled with tons of great vegan products, artwork, and treats to bid on in a silent auction, and guests happily took self-guided tours around the sanctuary to meet the ducks, goats, pigs, horses, cows, and other four-legged friends. LFS volunteers were on hand at each station to answer questions and provide education on the sanctuary and animals.
The evening ended with a live auction in which opportunities to feed and spend time with different animal residents of LFS were claimed by the highest bidders. The event was a big success and helped to bring more attention to LFS’s mission and funds to help them on their journey.
Lancaster Farm Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization and donations can be made at anytime via their website: https://lancasterfarmsanctuary.org/donate/. LFS also hosts many fundraising events for the public to enjoy. Additionally, volunteer opportunities are available.
