On a beautiful spring morning, Lancaster Theological Seminary welcomed alumni back to campus for a heartfelt and inspiring Alumni Day celebration. The event, marked by warm reunions, thoughtful reflection, and shared purpose, offered graduates an opportunity to reconnect with one another and with the seminary that helped shape their paths in ministry and service.

The day began on campus with a time of fellowship, as alumni gathered over coffee and an assortment of treats. Laughter and stories filled the air, as friends old and new caught up in the familiar halls of LTS. The sense of community was palpable, a testament to the enduring bonds formed through shared study, faith, and mission.

Following the morning gathering, attendees moved into Santee Chapel for a worship service that lifted spirits and grounded the day in gratitude and reverence. The service was a blend of tradition and contemporary reflection, celebrating the diversity and richness of the seminary’s faith community.

The celebration then transitioned to the elegant Eden Resort & Suites, where guests enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch. The setting provided a relaxed space for conversation and reconnection, with lively discussions and laughter echoing through the banquet room.

The highlight of the afternoon was a thought-provoking panel discussion featuring seminary alumni who shared their insights and experiences in ministry and leadership. The panel sparked meaningful dialogue about the challenges and hopes of serving in today’s world, offering both wisdom and encouragement to all in attendance.

A special moment came as three distinguished alumni were honored with awards recognizing their exceptional service and contributions to their communities and the wider church. Each honoree shared heartfelt speeches that reflected on their journeys and the formative role Lancaster Seminary played in their lives.
