I had an amazing shoot with Aimee Lewis in York on Saturday! Aimee is longboarding, rock climbing super cool human being. She’s also co-founder/co-owner of the video production company Fraimework Productions. AND, if that’s not enough to convince you that she’s extraordinary, she’s also the York news reporter for abc27! She’s no stranger to being in front of the lens, appearing on LIVE tv, and being in interesting situations. Shooting with Aimee reminded me why I love photography so much.

Moments before this she told me she ‘isn’t that good at modeling’ but she would ‘do her best.’ YEAH RIGHT! She totally crushed this shoot and was a complete natural! Don’t be scared off though, you don’t have to be a natural to work with me. I will always provide helpful direction along the way. Unless of course, like Aimee, you don’t need it!⠀

Of course, we couldn’t explore York without making our way over to the beautiful murals in the Royal Square District! Check them out next time you’re in York.
