197th Annual Convocation
Lancaster Theological Seminary
Lancaster Theological Seminary held its 197th convocation on August 27, 2021. This Lancaster Seminary community gathering marked the opening on their 197th Academic Year (2021-2022) with prayers, songs, and sermons. The convocation address, titled “One Body, Many Gifts,” was delivered by Professor of New Testament Greg Carey.
The Seminary welcomed officials, dignitaries, alumni, and new students in their Santee Chapel for the occasion with all COVID-19 safety measures in place. The event was also livestreamed on YouTube.
