Among the awesome clients I worked with this month was Yam Chops Vegan Dog Treats. I helped them capture all new product photos for their website and general marketing. This shoot was a blast! Check out the full shoot here. And, check out Yam Chops at their website.

My favorite highlight of this month is from a photoshoot I can’t share publicly yet. I had the pleasure and privilege of photographing pastel artist Isabel Lark in her beautiful home studio in downtown Lancaster, PA. I was there capture a photo of her latest art piece for Lancaster Theological Seminary’s annual Epiphany card. Above is a a little teaser detail shot from her studio.

I also have to share this sweet image of baby Lily and mommy in her nursery.

This month I had the exciting opportunity to photograph one of my favorite local events—Lancaster VegFest! I’ve attended every year since it’s start about 5 years ago, so it was awesome to be behind the camera this year. If you haven’t been to Lancaster VegFest make sure you check it out next time for some of the best food trucks you can try from all across the country, music, yoga, and vegan products!

I also photographed the Geist family at Overlook Park. I grabbed this adorable photo of baby Chessie during the shoot! Earlier in the year, I took maternity photos of Brittany & Sean in the same spot at the park.

August was another great month full of photoshoots. This little man (Hugh) turned 5! To celebrate, his family had me take his annual birthday photos. This year we did the session at Masonic Village in Elizabethtown, PA. Hugh wore his Bluey tee shirt as it’s his favorite show right now.

Lancaster Theological Seminary invited me to their convocation ceremony held in their Santee Chapel. This was their 197th annual convocation to welcome the newest students to the Seminary.

Finally, to round out the month of August, I had the privilege of capturing new professional headshots for the Rhonda Myers, LPC team in Elizabethtown, PA. Rhonda and Amy were a joy to work with and welcomed me into their beautiful offices for the photoshoot.

July was a great month! I’m grateful for all the wonderful people who trusted me to capture their most important life moments. I’ve met a lot of great people along the way!

Among the best moments from the month is this first kiss photo from Brittany and Sean’s wedding. I had a blast capturing their wedding for them and am glad to continue working with them after photographing their maternity session in January this year!
